About Blog

Less Sneaking. More Sneakers. is about fitness, freedom, and fulfillment.  It's the story and lessons learned of a college graduate looking to a better future physically, emotionally, spiritually, and professionally.

And it all starts with eating right, working out, feeling right, and being myself.

While I am only a twenty-something, I still admit to wasting much of my life so far being held back.  I have been held back by an "I can't" attitude, depression, anxiety, apathy, passiveness, and, sometimes, pure laziness.

Please join me as I continue to transform from a shy, skinny girl huffing and puffing up the stairs to a fit and confident young woman looking life square in its eyes.

This is about living life to the fullest.  Transformation.  Deserving the best and going out and getting the best.

Disclaimer: Although I own several Converse All Stars (Chuck Taylors) and they indeed have sentimental value to me (and the above picture looked good with the layout), I do not advise working out in them... or by any oranges for that matter.  Eat the orange and put on the Chucks after you work out, because contrary to prior history's ideas, running in Chucks is not good for your feet or athletic ability.

... but dang, are they cute!
