Jillian Michaels both scares me and inspires me but the combination of intimidation and encouragement definitely works for her!  I noticed myself being way more physically capable than I ever realized when I first completed this workout because she continuously pushes you to keep going.  What she says at the end is so incredibly true, and really helps you be in a good mindset about the entire workout experience.

 
Yep, this one's going to hurt... but it's 10 minutes and you can make it (and will actually find yourself having fun doing it)!  The only thing I don't like about fitness blender workouts are the awkward pauses and voiceovers. 

 
This is another fitness blender workout but I love it!  The exercises are easy and you can feel yourself achieving results at the same time.  I used full jumbo shampoo and conditioner bottles for weights because I can't find my real free weights.  They worked fine-- as long as I kept the bottle secured tight (that could get messy quickly!)

 
I'm not a mom and nowhere near it (this one comes from CafeMom Studios), but this workout is FUN.  It's high-energy and entertaining, too, and there's a workout towards the end that is super silly but fun, and it gets you results-- you'll see!  The leader of the pack inspires you to keep going.  My only suggestion would be for her to find a thesaurus and use it for the word "good."
